Description:
Warrenstreet Architects was hired to
design 55,000 sf and 11 separate suite as part of Concord Hospitals
relocation to the Horseshoe Pond location. Tenants included medical
offices, an endoscopy suite, surgical suite, pharmacy, walkin clinic
and radiology. The project was permit in several months,
construction started in November 2003 and occupancy is expected in
the fall of 2004.
