Description:
WA was retained by Donal Associates to
assist them in the development of a Brownfield site known as Concord
Lumber.
WA provided marketing graphics that lured potential tenants to a yet
undefined project. Working closely with the developer, design-build
contractor, CRDC the owner and funding source, and the City of
Concord, SGH was able to coordinate the design of 120,000 square
feet of office space in three buildings, a 65,000 square foot
Marriott Courtyard Hotel, and a 20,000 square foot Conference
Center.
Building One would be 33,000 square feet and house Aavid Thermolloy.
Buildings two and three, each 50,000 square feet would house more
than ten tenants including the US Fish and Wildlife Service, the
Social Security Administration, Nathan Weschler & Company, a
national accounting firm, and Premivera Software.
The Marriott Courtyard Hotel was constructed over seven months thru
the winter of 1999. The adjacent Conference Center and Chamber of
Commerce Visitor Center has become a focal point of the Capital
Region of New Hampshire.
