Warrenstreet Architects was retained
to design an 8,500 square foot corporate office for this non-profit,
who happens to employee 30 moderately to severely handicapped
employees. The entire building, item by item was reviewed for
handicapped accessible issues.
The office space is laid out on one floor, with wide corridors,
accessible workstations, kitchen, supply and work areas, mail room,
etc. An outside garden was designed to allow for wheelchair access
to the planting beds. Public bid and construction administration
services.
