An architect with more than twenty years experience, Jonathan is a driving force behind Warrenstreet. Jonathan oversees the initial design concepts of all of Warrenstreets projects, and he serves as a mentor to the firm's young designers. As a certified Leadership Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Practitioner, he is committed to creating substantial buildings that enhance their communities. Jonathan has earned numerous design awards, but he gains his greatest satisfaction producing creative and responsible design solutions. He is NCARB certified and licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York.
Jonathan lives in Concord, NH with his wife Lorie and their two children. As an outdoors man, he enjoys hiking, fishing and hunting. He is active in his community and is a member of the Concord Business Group, the New Hampshire Home Builders Legislative Oversignt and the Green Building Committees.
Rob is the quiet member of the Warrenstreet Team. A licensed civil engineer with a Masters of Architecture with more than sixteen years experience, Rob serves as Project Manager for Commercial and Residential Projects. His specialties include commercial, cooperate, health care, parks and recreation, residential and municipal projects. He is a member of the NH Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, and he has completed the PSMJ Project Manager Bootcamp Program. Rob is licensed in Massachusetts and Washington.
A resident of Dover, Rob loves the outdoors. He serves as a NH Fish and Wildlife Volunteer.
Doug is an "old school" architect with more than 20 years experience. He has an artistic hand and serves as a technical mentor within the office. He is involved in all phases of project development, from master planning and conceptual design to construction documentation and administration. Doug specializes in commercial, cooperate, educational, health care and religious design, and he has won a number of design awards. Doug is seen as a skillful deliberate professional by his colleagues, who particularly appreciate his sense of humor.
A resident of Concord, NH, Doug is very active in the community. Among the local organizations, he serves on the NHTI Architectural Advisory Committee; he supports the Concord American Little League Tee-ball, where he volunteers as coach. Professionally, he is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Concord Chamber of Commerce Sunrise Group and NCARB. He is licensed in Delaware.
Jonathan is one of the New Hampshire architectural communities rising stars. An architect with outstanding technical abilities, his attention to detail and dedication to his clients make him a vital asset to the Warrenstreet Team. Jonathan serves as Project Architect for residential residential residental projects, coordinating design, providing technical support and providing consultant coordination. He is also the firm's resident computer "genius", and he assits in all aspects of CAD operations and maintains the firms computer and network hardware and software. Jonathan is licensed in New Hampshire. Jonathan is know for keeping cool under pressure, and his colleagues say he is a great teacher. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, past Chairman of the NHAIA Young Architects Committee and a past board member of the NHAIA.
Jason is the newest member of the Warrenstreet team, bringing more than eleven years of solid team organization and communication skills to augment our talented staff. He is an effective manager and team oriented, with a tremendous amount of exposure to the design-build format of construction delivery. He has experience with academic, educational, municipal and library projects, all with a focus of sustainability.
Nancy Wheeler Interiors
Nancy is Warrenstreet's interior design guru. Her coworkers describe her as an artist who is always exploring new ways to achieve her clients creative vision. Nancy is a skilled designer who can handle numerous roles, including schematic design, renderings, field oberseration, interior design and finish selection. She has more than twelve years experience as a designer.
She is married to Curt and they raise their three children in Concord, NH.
Todd Hooper, Assoc. AIA Intern Architect
An intern architect with nine years of experience, Todd Hooper brings a great eye for detail to the team. His specialties include residential and light commercial design. Todd is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects and New Hampshire Young Architects.
He lives with his wife Mary and their two daughters in Sanbornton.
Wendy Noyes Office Manager
Wendy is the glue that holds the office together. She oversees all of the firm's financial and administrative activities, and she also maintains strong relationships with all of the firms clients.
With her husband and their two daughters, they live in Alton, NH.
